Yes. Private studio sessions are HK$1,250 for 60 minutes (up to 3 people; extra person +HK$300). Home visits are HK$1,300–1,500 per 60-minute session (extra person +HK$100).

FAQ: What is the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and how much does it cost?

The 200-hour YTT is a Yoga Alliance RYT200 accredited programme covering yoga philosophy, asanas, pranayama, anatomy and teaching techniques. 206 total hours. Early bird fee is HK$26,000; regular fee HK$28,000. Multiple schedule options are available (evenings, weekdays, weekends). Instalments are available.

FAQ: I am a complete beginner. Can I join the 200-hour YTT?

Yes. The 200-hour Foundation YTT is open to everyone, including those with no prior yoga experience. You can join a batch starting in 2–3 months and begin attending group and Andiappan Yoga classes to prepare.

FAQ: What are the 100-hour specialisation courses and how much do they cost?

Anahata Yoga offers 100-hour courses in Pranayama & Meditation, Inversion, Kids Yoga (RCYT), and Prenatal Yoga (RPYT). All cost HK$16,000 early bird / HK$18,000 regular. Completing three 100-hour courses after your 200-hour YTT qualifies you for RYT500.

Complete the 200-hour Foundation YTT (RYT200), then either: (a) any three 100-hour specialisation courses, or (b) one 300-hour course (Advanced Hatha at HK$42,000 early bird or Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda at HK$39,000 early bird). A bundle price of HK$58,000 is available for the full RYT500 path.
