FAQ: What tours do you currently offer?

We offer four active tours: Central & Sheung Wan Foodie Tour (Tue–Sat, 2:15 pm, HK$770), Sham Shui Po Foodie Tour (Tue/Thu/Sat, 9 am, HK$770), Temple Street Night Foodie Tour (Mon/Thu, 7 pm, HK$850), and Tai Po Market Foodie Tour (weekday, 3 pm, price on request). The Craft Beer Tour is currently suspended. A Tea Tasting & Brewing Experience is also listed — contact us for details.

FAQ: How do I book a tour?

Book online via our website or Rezdy ticketing page. Advance purchase is required — we cannot accept walk-ins. We do not accept cash. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with the exact meeting point and directions.

FAQ: What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes all food and drink tastings at 6 eateries, a neighbourhood Foodie Booklet, and a licensed English-language Foodie Guide. It does not include additional food/drinks outside the tastings or hotel pick-up.

FAQ: Are the tickets refundable?

No. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The only exception is if we cancel due to severe weather (Red/Black Rainstorm or Typhoon #8+), in which case we'll offer a reschedule or full refund.

FAQ: I have dietary restrictions — can I join?

On the Central & Sheung Wan and Sham Shui Po tours we can accommodate vegetarian, no shrimp, no pork, no egg, dairy-free, and gluten-free if you declare your needs at booking. Unfortunately, no substitutes are available on the Tai Po Market or Temple Street Night tours. MSG-free and allergy-free cannot be fully guaranteed on any tour.

FAQ: Are children welcome?

Yes! Young Foodies aged 5–14 are welcome with an adult chaperone and pay HK$570. Children under 5 who won't consume additional tastings don't need a ticket. The Craft Beer Tour is adults 18+ only.

FAQ: How much walking is involved?

Tours cover approximately 2 km and last 3–4 hours. You'll be on your feet for most of the tour with some seating at tasting locations and at least 2 restroom breaks. The Central & Sheung Wan route has some slopes and stairs; all other routes are mostly flat.

FAQ: Are the tours in English only?

Yes, all Foodie Tours are conducted in English only. We do not currently offer tours in Cantonese or Mandarin.

FAQ: Where do tours meet and end?

Meeting points are in accessible locations near MTR stations in Central, Sham Shui Po, Yau Ma Tei, Tsim Sha Tsui, or Tai Po. Exact directions are sent with your booking confirmation. Tours end at a different location from the start, but nearby; guides will help direct you back if needed.

FAQ: What happens if there is a typhoon or rainstorm?

Tours run under Amber Rainstorm and Typhoon Signals #1 or #3. We cancel under Red or Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon #8 or above. The final decision is posted on our website 2 hours before departure, after which we'll reschedule or refund you.
