Google lists Friday as 9:30am-6pm. Phone enquiries are taken during office hours. Please contact us to confirm hours on other days.

FAQ: Can I book student air tickets?

Yes. Search on our student-fare page, then upload proof of admission or a local student ID plus your passport, and pay. Once verified, we email the e-ticket.

FAQ: Can I book senior, youth or domestic-helper tickets online?

Not online. Please call our sales hotline (852) 8200 6882 to speak to a travel consultant.

FAQ: How do I pay?

Pay online, or by FPS (ID 164951006) or HSBC bank transfer (848-204335-001) to Bees Travel Limited. Then send your proof and booking number by WhatsApp to 5542 6866 or by email to info@beestravel.hk.

FAQ: When will I get my e-ticket?

Online bookings are confirmed instantly, and the e-ticket is emailed within 72 hours. For FPS or bank transfer, we email it once payment is confirmed.

FAQ: Can I change my flight?

Only if the airline's fare rules allow it. Email your ticket and request to info@beestravel.hk at least 3 working days before departure. The airline fee applies plus our HKD250 per ticket handling fee.

FAQ: Can I cancel and get a refund?

Only if the fare rules allow it. Airline penalties apply plus a HK$250 per ticket handling fee, and refunds usually take 3-6 months.

FAQ: Can I change the passenger name after ticketing?

No. Names, titles and name order cannot be changed once confirmed, so please enter the name exactly as on your passport.

FAQ: My passport expires in under 6 months. Can I still book?

You can book. At departure, though, you need at least 6 months' validity counted from your return date, or the airline may refuse boarding.
