FAQ: Can you customise the itineraries on your website?

Yes. Every journey is bespoke and built around your interests, pace and ideas. The online itineraries are inspiration only.

FAQ: Is the first consultation free?

Yes, the website offers a free consultation to get started. A Planning Deposit is then due when you engage the team to begin work.

FAQ: How do payments work?

The About Us FAQ describes a Planning Deposit on engagement, a Booking Deposit (e.g. 20–40%) to confirm, and the balance about 60 days before departure. The T&Cs say 100% of airfares are due on confirmation, 50% of land arrangements within 3 days, and the balance 60 days before departure. Your advisor confirms exact terms.

FAQ: What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (HSBC Hong Kong, or DBS Singapore for the Singapore entity), FPS (ID 2412070), and American Express, Visa or Mastercard. Clients bear any bank charges.

FAQ: What if I cancel?

Written notice is required. 60+ days before departure: 75% of the amount paid is refunded. 30–59 days: 50%. Under 30 days: no refund. Supplier rules and admin fees may reduce this further. Unused services after travel starts are not refunded.

FAQ: Are there fees for changes?

Yes. Alterations after full payment cost HK$1,000 per person per transaction plus supplier fees. Flight name changes or corrections cost HK$300 plus airline fees.

FAQ: Do you sell travel insurance?

Yes. They strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, can arrange it, and help with claims.

FAQ: What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?

You get direct 24/7 support from the team, not a call centre, backed by on-the-ground partners worldwide.

FAQ: Will I keep my Marriott Bonvoy or World of Hyatt benefits?

Typically yes. You usually still receive on-property elite benefits, and the agency adds extra amenities.

FAQ: What is Charlotte Circle and how much does it cost?

It's a VIP hotel-booking membership with perks such as upgrades*, breakfast, hotel credits up to USD 150*, early or late check-in and out*, and an advisor on WhatsApp. The entry level is HK$4,000+ a year, currently free for the first 100 users. *Subject to availability.
