FAQ: How can I pay if I don't have a credit card?

PayMe, FPS (轉數快), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer are all accepted. For bank transfer, use HSBC account 023-896475-838 (Floroma Ltd) or FPS 9885 0262, then email your order details and receipt to cs.floroma@gmail.com. Orders are processed within 2 working days of full payment.

FAQ: Can I order delivery to Macau?

Yes. Enter a Macau address when checking out. Orders over HK$500 qualify for free SF Express shipping to Macau.

FAQ: How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched 2–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery via SF Express typically takes 1–2 additional days within Hong Kong.

FAQ: Can I switch my pickup store or change from store pickup to home delivery?

Store pickups generally cannot be switched between branches. Changing from store pickup to home delivery or an SF station will incur a cash-on-delivery shipping fee regardless of order value.

FAQ: How long does the perfume last on skin?

FLOROMA perfumes are EDP (Eau de Parfum), one concentration above EDT. They contain no added chemical fixatives. Longevity is approximately 4–6 hours depending on individual body temperature. The premium Parfum line lasts 8–10 hours.

FAQ: What shipping options are available for Hong Kong orders?

SF Express cash-on-delivery (2–3 working days, trackable, home delivery available). Up to 1 kg is HK$30. Free shipping for orders over HK$500.

FAQ: Can I return or exchange a product?

Online orders: report damaged, expired, or wrong items within 14 days; exchange in-store. Refunds reviewed within 5 working days. Personal preference exchange: within 7 days. In-store purchases: exchange within 7 days with product, original packaging, and receipt; no refund for in-store orders. Opened home fragrance products (candles, room diffusers, wax melts) are non-refundable.

Opened candles, room diffusers, scented candles, preserved flowers, and luxury flower boxes: non-refundable. Diffuser machines: 6-month warranty for non-human faults, one free replacement. FLOROMA Care plan (HK$288/year) extends by 1 year.

FAQ: I forgot to use a promo code at checkout. Can I apply it afterwards?

No. Promo codes must be entered before completing payment. The discount cannot be applied after checkout. You can use the code on your next purchase.

FAQ: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellation fee: HK$100. Unshipped orders can be modified once (personal details or add-ons). Shipped orders cannot be cancelled, but can be returned within 14 working days of receipt.

FAQ: Are the perfumes safe to use around cats and dogs?

Perfumes contain no musk or camphor and are not animal-tested. Most scents are safe. Avoid narcissus, lily, tulip, jasmine, citrus, orange blossom, pomelo wood, and natural mint around pets. Start with light scents.
