FAQ: What types of carpets does Chung's Carpet offer?

Chung's offers Axminster woven carpets, machine-tufted carpets, hand-tufted carpets, carpet tiles, non-slip mats, and carpet accessories. All can be fully customised in pattern, colour, size, and material.

FAQ: Can you make a fully custom carpet with our own design?

Yes. Chung's provides end-to-end custom carpet production: from your design brief or inspiration, their in-house designers and artisans create the pattern, select materials, produce at their own factories, and deliver finished carpets. Computer-aided design and real-time effect simulation are available.

FAQ: Do you handle both supply and installation?

Yes. Chung's offers a one-stop service covering design, custom production, professional installation, and ongoing cleaning and maintenance — all in-house.

FAQ: How do I get a price quote?

Chung's does not publish list prices as all work is custom. Contact them via the website enquiry form, WhatsApp (+852 2770 6215 for sales, +852 5109 3848 for cleaning), or email enquiry@chungscarpet.com.hk.

FAQ: Do you clean carpets already installed elsewhere?

Yes. Chung's runs a dedicated cleaning department (WhatsApp +852 5109 3848). Services include deep cleaning and regular maintenance programmes, using industrial machines and cleaning robots for commercial-scale jobs.

FAQ: What materials are the carpets made from?

Chung's uses New Zealand wool, nylon, and wool/nylon blends depending on the product. Axminster carpets for banquet halls typically use NZ wool with nylon for durability. Non-slip mats use eco-friendly, non-toxic materials.

FAQ: What kinds of venues have you worked with?

Chung's has served luxury hotels (Park Hotel HK, Rosewood Guangzhou), private clubs (Jockey Club, Craigengower Cricket Club), airports (HKIA — Wonder Eggshell, MTR Airport Express, Aviation Academy), retail (LongChamp Pacific Place), cinemas (Golden Harvest V Walk), banquet halls (煌府, 新港), and sports venues (AsiaWorld-Expo, Kai Tak Sports Park).

FAQ: How long has Chung's been in business?

Chung's Carpet was founded in 1983 — over 40 years of experience. The 40th anniversary was celebrated with an invitation dinner in 2024.

FAQ: Do you have a showroom?

The head office is at 3/F, Chung's Commercial Building, 7-9 Mong Kok Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon. A renovation materials showroom opened at this Mong Kok location in 2010. There is also a Guangzhou branch at Room A1206, Zhongtai International Plaza, 161 Linhe West Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou.

FAQ: Do you accept government procurement cards (P-Card)?

Yes. The website states '歡迎使用採購卡P-Card' — P-Cards are accepted.

FAQ: Do you work outside Hong Kong?

Yes. Chung's operates across 20+ countries with 5+ local and overseas factories. Key markets include Mainland China, Southeast Asia (Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines), and Japan.
