FAQ: Do you have a physical store in Hong Kong?

No. 2nu is online-only. You can shop at 2nu.vision. They may appear at selected pop-ups, races and sports expos — follow @2nu.vision on Instagram or Facebook for event updates.

FAQ: How do I know which frame fits me before buying?

2nu offers TryOn units at HKD $199 (or $299 for Venti Air). These use the same frame structure so you can check fit in real movement. An Online Fit System and AI Try-On (virtual) are also available on the website.

FAQ: What is TryOn and how does it work?

TryOn lets you purchase a trial frame (HKD $199 / $299 for Venti Air) to test fit and comfort in real outdoor use before committing to regular sunglasses. TryOn units include basic UV400 lenses, not the premium Hexachroma. Non-refundable; a one-time 30% upgrade discount is usually provided after.

FAQ: What is the Hexachroma lens?

Hexachroma is 2nu's flagship lens technology, designed for high outdoor detail and colour separation. It also makes it easier to read watches, phones and screens outdoors. Available as an upgrade on most frame models.

FAQ: What is the difference between TVO and TVO Pro lenses?

TVO is the standard lens. TVO Pro is a polarized lens with stronger reflected-glare control — suited for water, fishing, road and bright-surface use. Hexachroma is the flagship for highest outdoor detail and screen readability.

FAQ: Do the sunglasses float in water?

Yes — standard (non-prescription) configurations with FlexFoam™ nose pads float in seawater. Prescription sunglasses should not be expected to float, as prescription lenses significantly affect buoyancy.

FAQ: Do you ship to Malaysia / Singapore / Taiwan / Australia?

Yes. 2nu ships to HK/Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia and rest of world. All orders dispatch from Hong Kong. Transit after dispatch: HK 2 days, SG/MY/TW 2–5 days, AU/other max 7 days.

FAQ: What is the free shipping threshold?

Hong Kong: free shipping on eligible orders HKD $300+. Singapore: SGD $60+. Other markets: check at checkout.

FAQ: Can I return or exchange my sunglasses?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if undamaged, unworn beyond normal try-on, and with all original tags and packaging. Customer pays return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Prescription, TryOn, Outlet and Final Sale items are not returnable.

FAQ: How long does it take to receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of 2nu receiving and inspecting the returned item.

FAQ: Can I get prescription lenses?

Yes, prescription lenses are available for most models (except Venti Air). Prescription orders require an additional 4–6 weeks production time before dispatch. All prescription sunglasses are produced in Hong Kong.
