Yes. The 有機金盞花修護濕疹敏感系列 (Organic Calendula Eczema & Sensitive Series) is the dedicated range, including the 金盞花紫沙修復濕疹膏, 金盞花修護凝膠, 金盞花多功能濕疹潤膚乳, and the 皇牌護理濕疹組合 bundle for face and body. There is also a 濕疹主婦手修護組合 (members only) for hand eczema.

FAQ: Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Several products are specifically formulated for pregnancy: 孕媽媽深層清潔卸妝霜 (100g/200g) and 永久花多功能眼霜 孕媽媽裝. The 九重透明質酸長效保濕精華 is also certified all-natural and safe for pregnant women. Note: the Strawberry Frozen Mask (草莓凍膜) is NOT suitable for pregnant women.

Yes. The HOROMAMA range includes: 寶寶專用屁屁膏 (baby bum cream, drug-free, no petroleum jelly, G6PD-safe) and 寶寶清爽防曬水凝乳 SPF50 PA++++ (fragrance-free, alcohol-free sunscreen for face and body from 0 months).

FAQ: What is your return and exchange policy?

Products with manufacturer defects may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt (local mail/courier or in-store purchases). Bring original receipt and product in original packaging to the store. No refund or exchange if you are unsuitable for or allergic to a product. Beauty from Nature reserves final decision on all disputes.

Free shipping promotions are offered periodically (e.g. 11.1 all orders free local delivery to door; some individual product bundles include Shun Fung locker/station fee). Members have a free-shipping quota in their wallet. Standard shipping rates apply at other times.
