OOOHSTAY offers bunk bed rooms (Simple Bunk, Window Bunk), single rooms (Simple Single, Window Single), and double rooms (Simple Double, Large Window Double, Deluxe Window Double, Ensuite Window Double). Some rooms have air conditioning; some do not. Availability varies by property.

FAQ: What is included in the rent?

All prices include water, electricity, Wi-Fi, property management fee, maintenance, and weekly cleaning of shared common areas. Bed linen is prepared for you. There is no separate utility bill.

OOOHSTAY has 18 properties in Hong Kong, mostly concentrated in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island (e.g. Lockhart Road, Gloucester Road, Hennessy Road, Wan Chai Road), and one property in Jordan, Kowloon (1A Tak Shing Street). Properties are near MTR stations.

The booking process: (1) Submit personal details; (2) We show you room options (type/area/rent); (3) Reserve a spot; (4) Pay deposit and sign electronic contract; (5) Move in; (6) Get ongoing customer and maintenance support; (7) Renew or check out when lease ends.

FAQ: What is your cancellation policy?

Tenants must fulfil the full lease term. Early termination forfeits the security deposit. The first month's rent already paid is also non-refundable.

FAQ: Can I sublet my room to someone else?

No private subletting is allowed. If you find someone to take over your lease, OOOHSTAY must approve it. The new tenant must be added to the group chat, sign a new lease, and pay a deposit and first month's rent before your deposit is returned.

FAQ: Can I bring guests to stay overnight?

No. Tenants are not permitted to allow other people to visit and stay overnight.

FAQ: Is the kitchen shared?

Yes, all properties have a shared kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Residents share it with flatmates.

FAQ: Do I need to bring my own furniture?

No. OOOHSTAY rooms are fully furnished with selected furniture and appliances — just bring your luggage (拎包入住). Bed linen is also prepared.
