FAQ: What are your office hours?

Third-party listings show Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Google Maps shows a 9:30 am opening. Agents can often help outside office hours by appointment.

FAQ: Which areas do you cover?

We focus on Hong Kong Island's prime districts: The Peak, Mid-Levels, Repulse Bay and South Bay, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Tai Tam/Redhill, Shouson Hill and Pok Fu Lam. We also list homes in Kowloon, the New Territories and the outlying islands.

FAQ: Do you do both sales and rentals?

Yes. We handle luxury residential sales and leasing, and we also offer property management through Habitat Property Management Limited.

Our website lists 366 rentals and 1,516 properties for sale (as at 30 Oct 2026). Rents and prices vary widely, e.g. a 2-bed at Chelsea Court on The Peak for HK$82K/month, or homes for sale from HK$16.5M to HK$484.5M.

FAQ: How do I arrange a viewing?

Send us a message or WhatsApp with the listing. We will match you with an agent who sets up a guided viewing and helps with negotiation and paperwork.

FAQ: What commission do you charge?

Our fees are not published online. Please ask your agent and they will explain the terms for your case.

FAQ: Do you have Mandarin or Cantonese speaking agents?

Yes. Over half our agents speak both Mandarin and Cantonese, and our China Team is led by Executive Director Chelsea Cheng. Agents also speak French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Swedish and Japanese.
