FAQ: Which areas do you cover?

Hong Kong Island only: Central, Western, Eastern and Southern districts (e.g. Mid-Levels, The Peak, Sheung Wan, Kennedy Town, Happy Valley, Repulse Bay, Stanley). We do not cover Kowloon or the New Territories.

FAQ: Do you help with both renting and buying?

Yes. We help tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers, plus property management and relocation support.

FAQ: What is your commission for a rental?

Our commission is the standard rate: half a month's rent from each side.

FAQ: What is your commission for a sale or purchase?

Standard sale commission: 1% of the price from the vendor and 1% from the purchaser, set out in your EAA Form 3 / Form 4.
