We are a friendly and peaceful yoga studio in the neighbourhood of Tai Hang, where many of the unique coffee shops and art galleries are nestling as well.

FAQ: How much is a single class?

A single drop-in yoga class is HK$300.

FAQ: Do you have a trial offer for new students?

Yes, for first-time students only: HK$400 for 2 classes (valid 1 week) or HK$800 for 5 classes (valid 2 weeks). Validity starts from your first booked class.

FAQ: What packages do you have?

4 classes HK$1,000 (8 weeks), 12 classes HK$2,280, 24 classes HK$3,680, 36 classes HK$4,980 (12 weeks each). Unlimited plans: 1 month HK$2,000, 3 months HK$5,400, 6 months HK$9,900.

FAQ: How do I sign up and pay?

New students fill in the trial registration form. Then WhatsApp 6810 2092 with your chosen package, a screenshot of your payment and the date/time of your first class. Payment is by FPS (6810 2092) or HSBC transfer to Sow Yoga Limited.

FAQ: How do I book classes?

Bookings are made on the Momoyoga booking system or app. New students get a welcome email within 24 hours explaining how to download it.

FAQ: What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel for free at least 24 hours before class, in the booking system only. A late cancellation, a no-show or arriving more than 10 minutes late deducts 1 class. Unlimited members who have 2 of these within 7 days lose online booking for 1 week.

FAQ: Can I cancel by WhatsApp?

No. Cancellations by email, WhatsApp, phone or voicemail are not accepted. Please cancel in the booking system.

FAQ: What if I'm late?

There is no entry once class is 10 minutes in. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

FAQ: Are packages refundable or transferable?

No. All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable. Exceptions may be considered with a written note from a certified medical practitioner.

FAQ: Can I extend my package if I travel?

Possibly. WhatsApp both boarding passes (outbound and return) to 6810 2092 within 14 days after you return. The extension equals your travel days, up to 30 days. It is a goodwill arrangement, not an entitlement.

FAQ: How do I join the Hand Balance class?

Hand Balance (75 min, max 8 students) is only for Hand Balance package holders: 10 classes HK$3,600 (3 months) or 20 classes HK$6,600 (6 months). There is no drop-in or trial.
