First-time trial is $150 with advance booking and prepayment. Online: prenatal first-timer trial $159; 3 mat classes for first-timers $348 (card fee included).

Yes — pregnancy suspension from 36 weeks for 12 weeks. Other suspensions cost HK$150 each.

FAQ: What if there's a typhoon or black rain?

With T8 or above / Black Rainstorm hoisted or about to be, classes are cancelled without deducting your package. Updates on Facebook.
