FAQ: Are all GoEuGo circular tour departures guaranteed?

Yes. All 9 GoEuGo circular tour lines are 100% guaranteed to depart every week all year. Exceptions: Pink Line is suspended Oct–Apr; Brown Line is suspended Dec–Mar; Silver Line is suspended Nov–Mar (too cold).

FAQ: Can I join a GoEuGo tour alone (1 person)?

Yes. A single person can join any GoEuGo circular tour. You may share a room with another solo traveller (arranged by GEG Travel at no extra cost), or pay the single supplement of €60 per night for a room to yourself.

FAQ: How far in advance should I book?

Typically 20 days before departure is fine. During peak seasons, book at least 6 weeks ahead to secure a place. GoEuGo tours can be booked up to the day of departure if spaces remain.

FAQ: What is included in the GoEuGo tour price?

The daily price of €109/adult includes: air-conditioned luxury coach, bilingual (Cantonese/Mandarin) Chinese guide, 3–4 star hotel accommodation and continental breakfast (coffee/tea, juice, bread, jam). At least 2 of the 6 nights are at a 4-star hotel.

FAQ: What is NOT included in the tour price?

Not included: attraction entrance tickets, lunch, dinner, daily tips (€10/person mandatory), city/tourism taxes (e.g. Amsterdam €10, Paris €15/day), flights, visa, travel insurance and personal expenses.

FAQ: Can I join for less than 7 days, or combine multiple lines?

Yes. You pay by the day (€109/day), so you can join for as few as 1 day or as many as 63 days. Pick any joining/leaving city from 30+ designated points. Combining multiple lines (e.g. Red + Blue = 14 days) gives savings vs booking separately. Popular combos from €1,526 for 14 days.

FAQ: How do I switch between tour lines?

Line transfers are pre-planned. At the transfer point, both coaches arrive at the same time and place. Your guide tells you when to switch; just take your luggage and board the other coach. No need to worry about logistics.

FAQ: Are wheelchair users able to join?

Unfortunately no. GoEuGo coach tours cannot accept wheelchair users as the coaches cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Additionally, most European attractions require walking on foot.

FAQ: Can I get a visa support letter?

Yes, GEG Travel can issue a participation proof and hotel booking letter to support your Schengen visa application. Note: they do not guarantee visa approval and are not liable for rejections. Visa handling fee of €85 applies if you cancel for personal reasons after the letter is issued.

FAQ: What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (minimum 30% deposit required; full payment if booking within 15 days of departure) and credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Online booking via gegeu.com or goeugo.com has no credit card surcharge; in-office credit card payments attract a 3% fee.

FAQ: What if my visa is rejected after I have booked?

If you cancel more than 15 days before departure with an official visa rejection letter, you get a full refund (no visa handling fee). If within 15 days, standard cancellation terms apply but the tour fee will be deducted per policy.
