FAQ: How do I place an order?

Register as an online member at oceanthree.hk, then log in, add items to your cart, and choose delivery or in-store pickup. A staff member will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the order.

FAQ: What is the minimum order for free delivery?

$500 or above. If items are removed due to stock issues and the total drops below $500, free delivery no longer applies.

FAQ: What if my order is under $500 but I still want delivery?

You can pay an additional $50 delivery fee, or choose to pick up at one of the 8 stores instead.

FAQ: What is the order cutoff time?

15:00 daily (based on completed order confirmation). The earliest delivery is from next day 10:00–19:00.

FAQ: Which payment methods are accepted for online delivery orders?

Bank transfer (Bank of China or HSBC only) or FPS (轉數快). Transfer must be completed and receipt sent to Ocean Three by 13:00 the day before delivery.

Cash, Ocean Card, credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Octopus.

FAQ: Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Some areas allow time selection; others (remote/special areas) do not. Delivery is generally within the 10:00–19:00 window. A delivery person will call 15–30 minutes before arrival.

FAQ: Can I send an order to multiple addresses?

No. Each order can only be delivered to one address.

FAQ: Can I change or cancel my order after confirming?

Generally no. Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted without reasonable grounds. Contact Ocean Three immediately if there is an issue.

FAQ: What if I receive wrong or damaged goods?

Contact Ocean Three on the same day you receive your order. Take photos immediately. Keep the goods — Ocean Three may need to collect them. The company will arrange a refund or replacement within 14 working days.
