FAQ: Where are your physical stores?

We have two dedicated stores: Central Market 1/F Shop 115 (中環街市一樓115號舖) and Hang Hau Lien Lee Street Shop 109 (坑口連理街109號舖). You can also self-collect at our Tuen Mun factory.

FAQ: Can I pick up from the factory?

Yes. Factory self-pickup is available at 18 Tin Hau Road, Nam Fung Industrial City Phase 2, 1/F Room 02-05, Tuen Mun.

FAQ: Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, home delivery (送貨上門) is available. Please check the site for specific details on fees and areas.

No. Our products contain no artificial colours or preservatives. This is stated on all our product labelling and marketing.

FAQ: What are the main ingredients in the XO sauce?

Our XO sauce uses Hokkaido dried scallops (元貝), Jinhua ham (金華火腿), shrimp roe (蝦籽), and Ma-yau salted fish (馬友鹹魚), all handcooked to bring out the natural umami of each ingredient.

FAQ: Is the product suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, we have a dedicated vegetarian series (素食醬料) that includes options with no onion or garlic. The XO sauce series uses seafood and meat-based ingredients and is not suitable for vegetarians.

FAQ: What is the shelf life of your sauces?

The 黃金海鮮飯素 has an 18-month shelf life from the production date. Please check the label on each product for its specific shelf life.

FAQ: How should I store the sauce after opening?

Before opening, store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated.

FAQ: Do you have allergen information?

Yes. For example, the 黃金海鮮飯素 contains shellfish, fish, tree nuts and eggs. The factory also handles wheat, gluten, shellfish, fish, peanuts, soybeans, tree nuts and eggs. Please check the allergen notice on each product.
