FAQ: How far in advance do I need to order?

BBQ items: 1 day in advance. Chinese/Western catering: 2 days. Poon Choi: 3 days. Corporate orders: to be negotiated separately. Daily order cutoff is 8pm.

FAQ: How do I place an order?

Order through the SEAMART website (seamart.hk). Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in delivery details and submit. A WhatsApp message to 96282458 is also accepted.

FAQ: What areas do you deliver to, and what are the delivery fees?

Hong Kong Island: free (min. $600 order). Kowloon, Tseung Kwan O, Sha Tin: +$80 (free from $2,500). New Territories: +$120 (free from $3,500). Yuen Long, Tuen Mun: +$150 (free from $3,500). Outlying islands: collect at Central pier. Country parks and camping sites are also served.

FAQ: Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Self-pickup is available at our Chai Wan store and comes with a 15% discount (85折).

FAQ: What time will my order arrive?

Delivery slots are in 1-hour windows (e.g. 5–6pm). The driver will notify you 15–30 minutes before arrival. Please confirm receipt time in advance; drivers will try their best to accommodate your schedule.

FAQ: Can the driver deliver to my floor or carry items upstairs?

No. All items must be collected at ground level from the driver. Please meet the driver at street level.

FAQ: What happens if a seafood item I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you on the day of delivery and arrange a substitute seafood item of equal value.

FAQ: How do I pay?

Bank transfer to Hang Seng Bank account 771-701026-883 (Seamart Catering Company Limited) — send receipt + order number to info@seamart.hk or WhatsApp 96282458. Alternatively: PayPal (accepts Visa, Mastercard, AE) or FPS to ID 160814034.

FAQ: Can I cancel or change my order?

BBQ: request date change at least 1 day before delivery. Catering: 2 days before. Cancellations: accepted only with at least 5 days' notice.

FAQ: What happens if there is a typhoon or heavy rain?

Orders are cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted.

FAQ: Do you provide cutlery and equipment?

Some packages include cutlery. Individual cutlery sets can be purchased separately. BBQ equipment and grilling tools are also available. Call 37099123 or WhatsApp 96282458 for details.
