FAQ: What are your opening hours?

Mon–Fri 5pm until late, Saturday 3pm until late, Sunday 12pm until late. We're open 7 days.

FAQ: Can I book a table?

We're a walk-in venue. Bookings are only for groups of 6–8, at 5:00pm, 5:30pm or 7:00pm, via our Bistrochat page. For more than 8 people or a private event, email info@bourkeshk.com.

FAQ: Is there a cancellation or no-show fee?

Yes. Bookings need a credit card. A no-show without 24 hours' notice is charged HK$250 per person. Tables are held for 15 minutes.

FAQ: When is happy hour?

Daily from opening until 7pm, including public holidays. House red, white, rosé, bubbles, Bondi Peach, draft lager, pale ale and spirit mixers are all HK$65.

FAQ: Do you do a Sunday Roast?

Yes, every Sunday 12pm–3pm. Traditional roast chicken plate HK$250pp; vegetarian roast plate HK$220pp (limited). Please order one roast per person. Book via Bistrochat (1–6 people).

Festive Roast on Dec 6, 13, 20, 26 & 27: chicken or celeriac pithivier roast plates, HK$350 each, including a glass of house wine, lager or soft drink.

Yes: broccolini with sesame tofu, seared lasagna, baby gem Caesar, fries, and a vegetarian Sunday Roast plate (limited quantities).

Yes. Heaps Normal 0% and Young Master 0% beers (HK$65). Green Light, Bondi Peach Spritz and Davidson Plum cocktails come in 0% ABV versions, plus a 0% Bloody Mary at Sunday Roast.

Signature, Native, Nostalgia and classic cocktails are HK$120 each; Bondi Peach Spritz 2.0 is HK$100.
