About CUÍT
CUĺT was borne out of the founders' frustration on the lack of good sourdough in Hong Kong; most of the bread on the market are rushed and mass-produced which often lead to under-fermented dough, and as a result, easily stales, lacks nutrition and flavors.

FAQ: Where is CUÍT located?
CUÍT has two locations. The main Sai Kung Eatery is at G/F, 3A Po Tung Road, Sai Kung (next to Tin Hau Temple). CUÍT Épicerie is at Shop 16, BaseHall 2, Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, Central.
FAQ: What are your opening hours?
Sai Kung Eatery: Tue–Sun 9am–6pm (website); some third-party sources list Wed–Sun 10am–7pm or 10am–6pm – call ahead to confirm. Central Épicerie: Mon–Sat 11am–7pm, closed Sun and public holidays.
FAQ: Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery fees: HK Island HK$200 (some sources say HK$250), Kowloon HK$170, New Territories HK$170. Free delivery for orders above HK$800. Tung Chung and outlying islands excluded. HK Island: Wed, Fri, Sun; Kowloon/NT: Thu, Sat.
FAQ: How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 2 days in advance, with a noon cut-off time. All bread is baked fresh on the day of pick-up or delivery. Some gift items (Pandoro, Chausson Aux Pommes) require 3 days advance notice.
FAQ: When can I pick up my order?
Sai Kung: Tue–Sun, no order minimum. Central Épicerie: Mon–Sat 11am–7pm, no order minimum. Bread is available in the afternoon (4–7pm) for other pick-up/delivery, except Sai Kung (10am–6pm).
FAQ: How do I store sourdough bread?
Day 1–2: room temperature in an unsealed paper/muslin bag (sealed bags soften the crust). Day 3–5: mist the bread, reheat at 200°C for 4–5 minutes. Can be frozen (sliced, in airtight container) for up to 1 month; reheat at 200°C for 6–8 minutes. Do not refrigerate – it accelerates staling.
FAQ: How do I store soft buns or soft loaves?
Day 1–2: sealed container at room temperature. After Day 2: freeze and consume within 1 week. Reheat from room temp at 170–180°C for 3–4 min; from frozen at 180–190°C for 8–10 min. Mist before reheating. Do not refrigerate.
FAQ: What sourdough flavours do you have?
Loaves include Country White (HK$70), Seaweed (HK$100), Maple Rye (HK$85), Honey Rye (HK$85), Sesame (HK$75), Multigrain (HK$85), Olive (HK$100), Figs & Walnut (HK$93), Apricot & Walnut (HK$93), Caramelised Onion (HK$90), Burnt Scallion Sesame (HK$90), Tomato Jam (HK$100), Potato & Cheese (HK$100), Black Sugar Red Dates (HK$90), Black Garlic (HK$110). Plus Baguette (HK$40) and Pullman (HK$90). Not all flavours may be available daily.
FAQ: Can I dine in at CUÍT?
Yes, at the Sai Kung Eatery. The space is small with indoor air-conditioned seating and outdoor seating. It gets busy, especially on weekends – booking a reservation in advance is recommended. Reservations can be made at cuit-hk.com/reservation.
FAQ: Do you serve coffee?
Yes, CUÍT serves coffee and other beverages at the Sai Kung Eatery. A Peanut Sandy (white coffee with peanut foam, ~HK$55) was noted by visitors in 2026.
FAQ: Can I buy your bread as a gift?
Yes. Gift options include The Sourdough Lover (from HK$168; half loaf + condiment), The Flavour Seeker (HK$900; 4 condiments), Chausson Aux Pommes tart (HK$380), Pandoro (HK$400), and a Cutipol Bread Knife (HK$700). All come with a CUÍT gift box.
CUÍT
