FAQ: What are your office hours?

Google lists Monday–Friday 9:30am–5:30pm, closed Saturday and Sunday. Please call ahead to book a meeting.

FAQ: How much is an annual legal retainer?

Four plans: Plan A HK$49,888, Plan B HK$38,888, Plan C HK$26,888, Plan D HK$10,800 per year (Plans A–C exclude disbursements).

FAQ: What does the cheapest plan (Plan D) include?

Unlimited telephone enquiries, unlimited meetings with a solicitor by appointment and 15 legal letters per year, for HK$10,800. It excludes IP, existing cases, contentious, shareholder, JV, M&A and listing matters.

FAQ: Do the plans cover court cases?

Plan A includes 3 District Court and 3 High Court actions plus all Court of Appeal cases; Plan B includes 2 District Court actions under HK$1m. All Plans A–C cover Lands Tribunal cases. Existing cases of action are excluded.

FAQ: Can you help recover a debt?

Yes. Plans A–C include unlimited demand-related enforcement applications: garnishee (freezing debtor bank accounts), charging orders, possession orders, distraint, enforcement of judgments and winding-up/bankruptcy petitions.

FAQ: Can you represent me at the Small Claims or Labour Tribunal?

By law solicitors cannot appear in those tribunals, but the retainer plans cover handling these cases for you.

FAQ: I have water leaking from the flat upstairs – can you help?

Yes. We give legal advice, send a lawyer's demand letter for repairs and compensation, and can sue for compensation or an injunction. Call Mr. Kenneth Tang on 3611 9435 / 9857 0544.

FAQ: Do you register trademarks?

Yes – trademark and design registration, searches and oppositions. The team reports registering 1,000+ trademarks, designs and patents. Plan A includes unlimited TM/design/patent searches and registrations.

FAQ: Do you handle work injury or traffic accident claims?

Yes – personal injury, fatal accident, employees' compensation and traffic accident claims, including litigation and settlement, and we can help refer eligible clients for legal aid.

FAQ: Can you set up a limited company?

Yes, incorporation of limited companies, share transfers and winding up are among our services.
