FAQ: How much is a trial class?

First Class Trial is HKD 150 for first-time students (HK residents only). There is no free trial.

FAQ: How much is a drop-in?

A single drop-in class is HKD 350.

FAQ: What class packages do you have?

10 classes HKD 2,500 (3 months), 20 HKD 4,450 (6 months), 30 HKD 5,880 (9 months), 40 HKD 6,890 (12 months); 6-month discounted 30 classes HKD 4,704 or 40 classes HKD 5,512.

FAQ: Is there a credit card surcharge?

Yes. Prices shown are PayMe / FPS amounts; a 3.5% surcharge applies for credit-card payment.

FAQ: How do I book a class?

Message the studio on WhatsApp or email hello@thepracticegroup.com and the team will reserve your spot.

FAQ: What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 4 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows deduct 1 class from a 10-class package; on unlimited packages 3 late cancels/no-shows end the package 7 days early.

FAQ: Can I pause my package?

Class package students may suspend once per package validity. Non-medical suspensions cost HK$200; give at least 5 working days' notice. Pregnancy suspensions need a medical certificate.

FAQ: Can I join if I'm pregnant?

Yes. Prenatal classes run from Week 12 to Week 39, with doctor's clearance. Prenatal packages start at HKD 1,500 for 5 classes.

FAQ: When can I come back after giving birth?

Postpartum classes are recommended from 1 month after natural birth or 2 months after a caesarean section.

FAQ: Do you have private classes?

Yes. Private classes from HKD 800; group privates for 3-8 people from HKD 300 per person ($450pp for 3, $400pp for 4, $350pp for 5, $300pp for 6-8).
