FAQ: Do I need any prior painting experience?

No experience is required. All classes and workshops are designed for pure beginners. The artist guides you step-by-step.

FAQ: What is the minimum age for classes?

Most in-studio classes are suitable for adults and those aged 12 years and above. The online one-off class accepts ages 11 and above.

FAQ: What is the maximum class size?

Maximum 6–8 people per time slot. Students are taught on an individual basis within each session, with everyone working at their own level.

FAQ: Do I need to bring anything?

No — all materials and equipment are included in the class fee. Just bring yourself. Chinese tea is also served.

FAQ: How do I book a class?

You can book online via the website product pages, or email info@ka-atelier.com to arrange the schedule. The studio is by appointment only.

FAQ: Can I reschedule if I need to cancel?

Yes, rescheduling is possible. For a full refund, cancel at least 2 days before the activity. Late cancellations (less than 2–3 hours before class) may result in a class deduction if they occur more than 2–3 times. No refund for no-shows.

FAQ: What happens if there is a typhoon or rainstorm?

Classes are cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued. Rescheduling is possible at no extra cost.

FAQ: Do I need to attend regular classes every week?

No. For regular long-term classes, there is no requirement for consecutive weekly attendance. Time and day can be arranged each time. Holiday breaks are fine — you pick up where you left off.

FAQ: How long does a regular class package last?

The 4-class regular package expires 5 months from the date of the first class.

FAQ: Do you offer gift cards or gift vouchers?

Yes. Gift cards for individual workshops start at HK$500, or you can purchase a gift card with a specific monetary value. A soft copy is emailed and a physical voucher can be collected at the studio.

FAQ: Can Ka Atelier host corporate events?
