We are on the 9th Floor (Suite 902), 1 Duddell Street, Central, Hong Kong — a 3-minute walk from Central MTR Exit G. The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel is across the road and is a convenient drop-off for taxis/Uber.

FAQ: What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 8:30am–6pm; Saturday 9am–1pm; Sunday closed. For medical emergencies outside these hours, please visit your nearest A&E department.

Yes. The clinic offers direct billing with many insurance companies. Bring your insurance card and details when you come in.

We have three UK-trained GPs (Dr Lily Wong, Dr Tony Wong, Dr Gordon Cheung) and specialists in Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Paediatric Surgery, and Psychiatry.

Yes, we have an on-site pharmacy where medications prescribed by our doctors can be dispensed directly.

FAQ: How do I request a medication refill?

Submit a refill request at hktlmc.com/medication-refill-request. You must have been seen by one of our doctors within the last 6–12 months and your condition must be stable. Please allow 2 working days for processing.

FAQ: Can I get a medication refill if I haven't visited recently?

Only medications prescribed by our clinic within the last 6 months are generally eligible. A follow-up consultation may be required if you have not been seen recently or your condition needs monitoring.

FAQ: What languages do your doctors and staff speak?

Our team speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Italian, Hindi, and Tagalog fluently.
