No, you can book directly. Check whether your insurer needs a GP referral before claiming.

FAQ: Is it covered by insurance?

Clinical Pilates is often covered by insurance when used by your physiotherapist; some insurers require a GP referral. Check your own policy.

FAQ: How long is an appointment?

The first assessment usually takes around 60 minutes and follow-ups 45 minutes. Women's health initial appointments are 60 minutes; paediatric sessions 45 minutes.

FAQ: What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose clothing such as shorts and a T-shirt that lets us reach the area being treated.

FAQ: Do you treat women's and pelvic health issues?

Yes: incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery (incl. diastasis recti), menopause, plus male and paediatric pelvic health. We use real-time ultrasound; internal exams only with your full consent.

FAQ: Do you offer clinical Pilates?

Yes, physio-led clinical Pilates on reformers, trap tables and chairs, pre/postnatal Pilates, and instructor Pilates. Clinical Pilates is at Duddell St and Thrive.

FAQ: Do you see children?

Yes, paediatric physiotherapy for ages 0-16 (incl. special educational needs), paediatric pelvic health, and ballet pre-pointe assessments.
