FAQ: Where is your Central spa?

5/F, Abdoolally House, 20 Stanley Street, Central, about a 5-minute walk from Central MTR (Exit D2). The spa moved here from Lan Kwai Fong in August 2024.

FAQ: What are the Central opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 9:30am–8:00pm, Sunday 10:00am–7:00pm.

FAQ: What is your cancellation policy?

Weekdays need at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Weekends and public holidays need 24 hours. No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full.

FAQ: How much is a Brazilian wax?

HK$480 at Central and Causeway Bay. Semi-Brazilian is HK$390 and bikini HK$350. We use an exclusive French 'blue wax' designed to make it almost painless.

FAQ: How much is a massage?

Deep Relax, De-Stress Muscle Release, Detox Revive and Pro Sleep massages are HK$980 for 60 minutes and HK$1,380 for 90 minutes. A weekday off-peak offer (Mon–Fri 1–5pm) brings them to HK$680 / HK$980.

FAQ: Do you have offers for first-time clients?

Yes, for example: HydraFacial HK$888, Icoone from HK$580, infrared sauna 50 minutes HK$300, Exilis Ultra 360 from HK$680, and eyelash extensions HK$880.

FAQ: Can I get a massage while pregnant?

Yes. The Nurturing Mother-To-Be Experience is HK$1,080 for 60 minutes. The website FAQ says massage is not recommended before 16 weeks. The Southside menu says its pregnancy treatments suit weeks 12–38. Waxing during pregnancy is also fine.

FAQ: Do you have treatments for kids?

Yes. Kids' facials and massage (ages 8–13) are HK$450 for 30 minutes. Little Ladies manicure is HK$180 and pedicure HK$280 (ages 5–11).

FAQ: Do you do group spa parties?

Yes, Sparty packages. Adults HK$688–1,588 per person, minimum 4 guests, plus HK$200 per person on Saturdays. Kids and teens HK$388–788 per person.

FAQ: What is Diva membership?

A prepaid credit membership from HK$3,000 (Millennial Club, under 30) to HK$50,000 (Black Diva). It gives 10–30% off treatments and earns loyalty points. Credit can be shared with family on Fabulous level and above.
