Two branches. Tsim Sha Tsui: 7/F & 15/F, MW Plaza, 40 Kimberley Road (5 min walk from TST MTR Exit B2). Causeway Bay: 22/F, Plaza 2000, 2-4 Russell Street (MTR Exit A, opposite Times Square).

Mon–Fri 10:00–21:00; Sat, Sun and public holidays 10:00–19:00, at both branches.

FAQ: How much is a lash extension?

Regular prices aren't published; WhatsApp us for a quote. The new-customer trial has been advertised at $388 for Japanese single lash and $588 for volume lash (SundayMore, Sep 2026).

FAQ: Single lash or volume, which suits me?

Single lash (1:1) is the lightest and most natural, good for first-timers and those with enough natural lashes. Volume (handmade 2–10 fibre fans) fills gaps for sparse or short lashes and gives a fuller look.

FAQ: How long do extensions last?

About 4–6 weeks; refills are suggested every 2–3 weeks. A keratin lash lift lasts about 6–8 weeks.

FAQ: Is it safe for sensitive eyes?

Extensions are placed 1.5–2 mm from the root, using Japanese/Korean low-allergy adhesive, after an allergy and tape test. LED-cured adhesive is gentler and suits people who have reacted to traditional glue.

FAQ: Can I wash my face after lashes?

With traditional adhesive, avoid water for 4 hours. With LED curing, you can wash your face the same day.

FAQ: What aftercare do you recommend?

Don't rub your eyes, avoid mascara and cleansing oil, don't remove extensions yourself, and use lash serum morning and night. A lash care kit is given with the service.

FAQ: Can I bring a reference photo?

Yes. The artist will look at it and advise how to get closest to that look on your own lashes and eye shape.

FAQ: Do you do anything besides lashes?

Yes: facials (e.g. Aqua Peel, HIFU, Liftera V, Pico laser, sMTS, Rejuran), body treatments (CMSlim, BTL Exilis, laser hair removal, back whitening, intimate brightening, breast care) and wellness treatments (womb care, lymphatic detox).
