FAQ: How do I make a reservation?

FAQ: What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in difficulty booking in future. Multiple cancellations will lead to being blacklisted from future reservations.

Yes. Most anti-aging customers are in their 40s–50s, but Hair Quest recommends starting from around age 35. The sooner you begin, the better the results.

Hair Quest is appointment-only with one-on-one service. First visits require a 30-minute consultation, so allow extra time. From the second visit, sessions start with a shorter follow-up check. Typical durations: Maintenance Aesthetics 60–90 min; Anti-Aging Aesthetics 90–120 min; Stem Cell treatment 120–150 min.

FAQ: Will the same stylist handle my entire visit including shampooing?

Yes. One staff member is dedicated to you throughout the entire visit — from shampooing to payment. They will never serve more than one customer at the same time.

FAQ: What is 'hair aesthetic' on the menu?

Hair aesthetic is the salon's main hair treatment, tailor-made to each client's needs. It covers hair damage recovery, scalp condition improvement, and long-term improvement to hair formation. It includes a relaxing hair massage.

FAQ: Can I get two services (e.g. colour and straightening) on the same day?

Yes, multiple services can be done in one visit. However, this is not available for first-time customers or those with severely damaged hair due to potential additional damage.
