FAQ: How much does your home styling cost?
A flat HK$5,600 per room. Living and dining areas count as separate rooms or zones; a studio may count as one zone. Furniture is paid separately at retail price with no mark-up.
FAQ: Do you mark up the furniture you recommend?
No. You pay the store or online retail price. The company may earn a commission from partner brands, and buying through them is optional.
FAQ: How much should I budget for furniture?
The pricing page says about HKD25k–50k per room from scratch. A 2026 guide on their blog suggests HK$30–40k per room, or about HK$60–80k for a one-bedroom flat. They have done living rooms from HKD15k to HKD200k+.
FAQ: Can you set up my flat before I arrive in Hong Kong?
Yes, with Relocation Turnkey Styling: HK$5,600 per room plus a one-time HK$5,000 per flat for on-site work (measurements, deliveries, assembly, styling). Furniture is extra. You will need to arrange access to the keys.
FAQ: How long does a project take?
Styling takes about 1–2 weeks from the first conversation to ordering, and delivery takes another 2–4 weeks. Projects run from about 45 days up to 6 months. For relocation, allow about 2–3 months.
FAQ: When should I contact you?
Ideally 1.5–2 months before you move in. They only officially start once the home has been leased or bought.
FAQ: Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Take the Style Quiz, then have a free 15-minute style assessment video call. You also get a free mood board email before you pay anything.
FAQ: Do you do site visits?
Yes, for an extra fee, though the site gives two different prices: HK$1,200 for two visits on the homepage FAQ, and HK$800 on the home styling page. Online-only projects are also possible.
FAQ: Do you help with renovations?
Yes, with the Renovation Playbook: HK$65,000 for homes under 1,500 sq ft, with a custom quote for larger homes. You get a blueprint (mood board, materials, layout, key elements) plus support in meetings with your contractor.
FAQ: Do I have to use your contractor?
No. They can work with your own contractor or architect, or with their trusted partners.
FAQ: Can you use my existing furniture?
Yes. They encourage keeping and weaving in existing pieces, including furniture shipped from overseas.
