It depends on scope. Published examples: about 4 months for a light townhouse refurbishment, 6 months for a full 650 sq ft flat gut renovation, 7 months for a four-bedroom reconfiguration, and 8 months for a 3,100 sq ft duplex remodel.

That's a specialty. Past work includes a 395 sq ft Sheung Wan flat, a 500 sq ft SoHo flat turned from 3 bedrooms into 1, and a 650 sq ft Des Voeux Road West flat opened into a 1-bedroom with a central kitchen island.
