FAQ: What are the business hours?

Monday to Friday, 11:00–22:00 (operating/teaching hours per the footer). The office enquiry line (+852 3580 0145) is available Mon–Fri 10am–6pm; the mobile/WhatsApp (+852 6899 9937) is available Mon–Fri 10am–10pm.

FAQ: How do I enrol in a course?

Submit your details via the enquiry form on the website, or WhatsApp 68999937. The academy will contact you within 1 working day to complete enrolment and payment.

FAQ: Is there an early bird discount?

Yes. Enrol at least 2 weeks before the course start date to enjoy the early bird price. For example, the Extraction Course drops from HK$6,800 to HK$4,800; the RF Microneedling Level 5 course drops from HK$12,800 to HK$8,800.

FAQ: Is there a group discount?

Yes. Two or more students enrolling in the same course together each get an additional HK$1,000 off the tuition fee.

FAQ: What certificate do I get after completing a course?

Upon passing the exam, you receive an IICT (International Registered Talent Pool Association) certificate. Additional international certificates from Taiwan IBEE, IICE, Korea GPF, and Malaysia ACPF can be applied for at extra cost. ITEC-linked courses allow you to sit the UK ITEC exam (some at extra cost with full exam preparation support).

FAQ: Can I repeat the course after completing it?

Yes. Within 1 year of completing a course, students may attend any future intake of the same course for free, plus instructor-led practice coaching. Contact the academy in advance to book.

FAQ: Are courses suitable for beginners with no beauty experience?

Most foundational courses (nail, lash, ear cleaning, semi-permanent makeup, beauty therapist, bridal makeup) are suitable for beginners. Some advanced courses require prior qualifications or experience, such as the RF Microneedling Level 5 (requires Level 4 beauty certificate or 3+ years' experience) and the HIFU course (3+ years' experience).

FAQ: Is there real-model practical training?

Yes. Courses include real-model (真人實操) practical sessions with instructor guidance. All tools, devices and products are provided by the academy during class.

FAQ: What language are courses taught in?

Courses are taught in Cantonese (廣東話). The website is available in Traditional and Simplified Chinese and English.

FAQ: How do I get instructor support after the course?

All students join a WhatsApp learning group managed by the instructor, where they can post questions and get technical support. Instructor-guided practice sessions are also available within the 1-year free repeat period.
