FAQ: How do I send items from China to Hong Kong using 淘急集運?

Register as a member, get the Dongguan warehouse address from the app, update your shopping platform delivery address to the warehouse, pre-declare the parcel in the 淘急 app after you have a tracking number, then apply for consolidation once goods arrive. Goods are shipped to HK and delivered to your chosen address or self-pickup point.

FAQ: What is the shipping cost from China to Hong Kong?

Self-pickup: first 1KG ¥8 RMB, each additional 0.5KG ¥3 RMB. Home delivery: first 1KG ¥12 RMB, each additional 0.5KG ¥3 RMB, plus ¥28 RMB surcharge. Remote areas charged extra.

FAQ: Do you offer home delivery in Hong Kong?

Yes. Home delivery is available across most of HK, Kowloon and New Territories. Remote areas (e.g. Sha Tau Kok, Pat Heung, Sai Kung excluding TKO) have an additional surcharge. Certain locations (airports, hotels, islands) are not served.

Office and customer service: Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are closed for office/CS. Home delivery fleet operates Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00.

Goods can reach Hong Kong as quickly as 6 hours after dispatch from Dongguan. Home delivery usually takes 1–3 days after arrival in HK. Customs checks may cause delays.

Yes. Unboxing and photographing of received goods at the China warehouse is free of charge, so you can verify condition before the items are shipped.

FAQ: How does the company calculate the weight of my parcel?

Volume weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6000. If any single edge is under 80 cm, actual weight is used. The higher of volume weight and actual weight is charged. Example: 30×50×60 cm = 15 kg volume weight; if actual weight is 10 kg, you are charged 15 kg.

PayMe, WeChat Pay (RMB), Alipay, and bank transfer / ATM transfer to HSBC account (TAO RAPID EXPRESS LIMITED, account 454822263838). You can also top up your member account in HK$ (HK$50–HK$1,000).
