FAQ: Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, HK$100 per service via FPS (110541620), HSBC transfer (801-687641-838), PayMe or PayPal, then send proof by WhatsApp. Same-day bookings need no deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and deducted from your bill.

FAQ: What is your cancellation policy?

Please give 24 hours notice by WhatsApp. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Sessions end on time. At 15 minutes late cuticle and callous removal is skipped (no discount); at 20+ minutes the booking may be cancelled with the $100 fee.
