FAQ: Where are you?

Wan Chai clinic: 11/F & 12/F, Henan Building, 90 Jaffe Road, Wan Chai (Wan Chai MTR Exit C, a few minutes' walk; take the lift). There is also a Jordan clinic at 3/F, Will Strong Development Building, 59 Parkes Street.

FAQ: What are your opening hours?

Wan Chai: Monday–Saturday 9:30am–7:00pm. Jordan: Monday–Saturday 10:00am–7:30pm. Both closed Sundays and public holidays.

FAQ: How do I book?

Book online via Fresha, WhatsApp 5427 3297 (Wan Chai), call 2736 7473, or email info@sytwellness.com. The clinic confirms by WhatsApp or phone. Booking ahead is recommended, especially for a first visit.

FAQ: Can I see Dr Cheung Yung at the Jordan clinic?

No. Dr Cheung Yung only sees patients at the Wan Chai clinic; Jordan is run by other SYT physicians.

FAQ: How much is a consultation?

Consultation is $300 with Dr Cheung (designated) or $100 with another physician; with a prescription not dispensed at the clinic it's $400 / $300. Treatments are charged separately. Prices are for reference; the final fee depends on the physician's diagnosis.

FAQ: How much is acupuncture for neck or back pain?

For one area (neck, waist, shoulder or back): $600 with Dr Cheung or $400 with another physician. Neck + waist, multiple areas or sciatica: $800 / $600. These include bone-setting if the doctor judges it's needed. Each extra body part is $200.

FAQ: How much is tui na?

$330 for 30 min, $550 for 50 min, $660 for 60 min, or $300 for a 30-min add-on with acupuncture. Children's tui na is $400 for 30 min. Tui na is done by the clinic's therapists, not Dr Cheung.

FAQ: Do you have offers for first-timers?

New clients can try 50-min tui na for $488 (normally $550). The 30-min trial is listed at $300 on the offer card and $288 elsewhere on the same page, so please confirm when booking. Offers can't be combined.

FAQ: Any weekday discount?

Yes. Tuesday–Thursday tui na costs $300 for 30 min, $520 for 50 min and $600 for 60 min, for new and existing clients. It can't be combined with the new-client price.

FAQ: What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring ID and a phone number, any X-ray or MRI reports (optional), and a list of your medications and allergies (tell the doctor about blood thinners). Wear clothes that let the doctor reach your neck, shoulders or lower back. You don't need a referral letter.

FAQ: Does bone-setting hurt?

The clinic says the 'click' is gas released from the joint and is normal. Most people describe it as comfortable rather than painful, and muscles are relaxed first. It's only done after an assessment shows it's suitable.
