FAQ: What are your opening hours?

Most branches are open Monday to Sunday, 09:00–13:30 and 15:00–19:30, closed on public holidays. The Mong Kok integrated clinic (T.O.P) opens Tuesday to Sunday, 09:30–13:30 and 15:00–20:30.

FAQ: How much is a consultation?

Consultation fee is HK$100. Chinese herbal granules are approximately HK$90 per day. Manual therapies such as acupuncture, cupping, gua sha and topical plasters range from HK$150 to HK$350.

FAQ: Are your doctors registered in Hong Kong?

Yes. All practitioners are registered with the Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Hong Kong (HKCMCHK). Over 80% hold a Master's degree or above and have 5+ years of clinical experience.

FAQ: Do you treat children?

Yes. Kenford offers TCM paediatrics (兒科) including Chinese herbal medicine and paediatric tuina for children with chronic illness, weak constitution and common conditions like poor digestion and frequent colds.

FAQ: What is Tian Jiu (天灸) therapy?

天灸 (Tian Jiu) is a summer moxibustion therapy where warming herbal patches are applied to acupoints during the hottest summer days (三伏天). It boosts yang energy and immunity, and prevents winter recurrence of conditions like asthma, rhinitis, rheumatic pain, dysmenorrhea and cold extremities.

FAQ: How much does Tian Jiu therapy cost?

A 3-session course is HK$500 and a 4-session course (including a reinforcement session) is HK$600. Both prices include the consultation fee.

FAQ: Do you offer fertility support?

Yes. Kenford's gynecology service includes TCM fertility support (助孕) using Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion to regulate menstruation, warm the uterus and improve reproductive health.

FAQ: What skin conditions do you treat?

The TCM dermatology service covers eczema, dermatitis, acne, seborrhoeic alopecia (脂溢性脫髮) and other skin problems through internal herbal medicine and external washes/soaks.
