FAQ: What 3D printing technologies do you offer?

FDM (from $0.8/g), LCD/MSLA resin (from $4/g), full-colour PolyJet (from $13/g), SLS, SLM, MJF and TPU soft-rubber overmoulding. Submit an STL/OBJ file for a quote.

FAQ: What file formats do you accept for 3D printing?

STL and OBJ are the most common formats. Other formats may be accepted — enquire first. AIO Studio checks all files before production.

FAQ: How long does 3D printing take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Rush service is available in 2–3 business days depending on size and complexity.

FAQ: Can you print a single piece or do I need to order in bulk?

Yes — AIO Studio accepts single-piece prototype orders with no minimum quantity.

FAQ: How much does 3D scanning cost?

Standard scanning starts from HKD $600/piece (includes mesh cleanup and STL/OBJ/GLB delivery). Full-colour scanning starts from HKD $800/piece. Prices are indicative — the final quote depends on the object. Send multi-angle photos for a faster estimate.

FAQ: Can you scan black, transparent or reflective objects?

Yes, but they require scanning spray powder to improve capture. The powder is clean and removable, with no permanent effect on the object.

FAQ: Do you offer on-site 3D scanning?

Yes — AIO Studio can send a team to your location, suitable for large installations, vehicles, architectural components and objects that cannot be transported.

FAQ: What 3D modelling courses do you offer?

Blender, ZBrush, Nomad Sculpt, Tinkercad, AI tools, 3D printing operation, 3D model speed painting, and Laser Workshop. STEAM school programmes are also available.

FAQ: Do I need any experience to join the courses?

Most courses are designed for beginners. Blender and Tinkercad courses start from scratch. ZBrush is suited to those with some 3D background. Contact AIO Studio to confirm the right course for your level.
