Booking is strongly recommended via the 24/7 online system at booking.photobi.hk. Walk-ins are accepted but you may need to wait. You can book a slot as little as 30 minutes before your visit.

FAQ: How long does the whole process take?

For a standard ID/passport photo, the entire process — shooting, selecting, 1-on-1 live retouching, and Canon 12-colour printing — typically takes 20-30 minutes.

FAQ: Can I get prints for multiple document types (e.g. HKSAR passport + Home Return Permit + BNO) from one session?

Yes. Tell the team which documents you need before shooting. The first specification is HK$180 (12 prints). Each additional specification (12 prints, different size) is +HK$30. The Home Return Permit barcode verification receipt is always free.

FAQ: What payment methods do you accept?

Cash (HKD) and FPS (轉數快) only. No credit cards. All prices are fully inclusive with no hidden fees.

FAQ: Do you provide formal attire (suit, shirt) if I don't have one?

Yes. All three branches carry multi-size black suit jackets, white dress shirts, and ties for rental at +HK$30 per person. A private changing room is available.

Yes, professional makeup and hairstyling is available at +HK$300 per person. It must be pre-booked when making your photo appointment. Free self-service grooming tools (hairdryer, straightener, comb, hairspray) are available at all branches.
