FAQ: What types of doors do you sell?

We offer solid wood doors and hollow wood doors under the KING'S brand, and BS/EN-certified fire doors under our 皇牌優質防火門 brand. Custom styles, sizes and finishes are available.

FAQ: Where are your showrooms?

We have two confirmed showrooms: Mong Kok at G/F, 30 Bute Street (tel: 2398 9233), and Wan Chai at G/F, 402 Lockhart Road (tel: 2234 0198).

FAQ: Do you provide installation?

Yes. We provide full one-stop service: custom manufacturing, logistics, installation and after-sales maintenance.

FAQ: Do you offer after-sales service?

Yes. After-sales services include maintenance, refurbishment, part replacement, and reproducing the same design style.

FAQ: Are your fire doors certified?

Yes. Our fire doors meet BS and EN standards with international certification recognised in 60+ countries. They comply with Hong Kong Buildings Department and Fire Services Department requirements. A certificate of conformity is provided with each purchase.

FAQ: Where are the doors manufactured?

In our own factory (over 20,000 sq ft) on the Mainland. We import high-grade wood from around the world and apply strict quality control from raw material selection onward.

FAQ: How long has the company been in business?

Since 1975. The KING'S brand was launched in 1995. Our first Hong Kong showroom opened in Mong Kok in 2005.

FAQ: What is the KING'S brand?

KING'S (皇牌優質木門) is our own wooden door brand launched in 1995. It has won the 裝修佬品牌大獎 in 2019 and 2021.

FAQ: What is the approximate price for a wooden door?

Prices are not published on our website. Based on customer forum reports, entrance doors range approximately HK$4,000–5,000 and bedroom doors HK$1,000–2,000. Contact the showroom for a quote.

FAQ: Do you supply to contractors or only retail?

We supply both retail customers and fire-protection contractors for commercial projects. HKTDC lists us as a manufacturer and retailer.

FAQ: Do you have a branch in Macau?

Yes. As of the 2021 interview, a Macau branch had been opened, with plans to expand to Taiwan and mainland China.
