No price list is published; you get a quotation after we see your floor plan. Past examples: 450 sq ft at The Grandiose HK$300k–400k; 1,100 sq ft at Bel-Air HK$800k–900k; a 439 sq ft HOS flat about HK$458k incl. custom furniture.

FAQ: What budget ranges do you handle?

The enquiry form offers budget bands: below 200k, 201k–500k, 501k–800k and over 800k (HKD).

FAQ: What flat sizes do you work on?

Projects range from small flats (about 278–287 sq ft) to large homes (1,599 sq ft at Mount Pavilia). The enquiry form covers below 500, 501–1000 and over 1000 sq ft.

FAQ: How long does a renovation take?

It depends on the project. Listed cases took about 1 month (330 sq ft shop), 2–3 months (homes), and 90 working days for a 1,100 sq ft Bel-Air flat.
