3 hours per session for standard home cleaning (one-time or plan). Post-renovation, pre-move-in, and spring cleaning start at 3 hours for flats under 700 sq ft and increase with flat size.

FAQ: Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Yes. For home cleaning services, clients must provide their own vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, window-cleaning tools, and cleaning products for the helper to use.

FAQ: Can I request the same helper each time?

Yes. Select the helper you prefer in the app or website when re-booking and Lazy will prioritise that person. You can also swap helpers unlimited times until you find one that suits you.

If the technician arrives and the unit needs repair rather than cleaning, the service fee can be held over for a future clean. If the unit cannot be disassembled and the client cancels, a HK$150 inspection fee applies.
