Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, bars, members' clubs), wellness (gyms and spas) and homes. Our disciplines include interior design, architecture, furniture, lighting, products, retail, exhibitions, graphic design, development and film.

Yes. Residential work includes the K11 ARTUS penthouse and the 8 Deep Water Bay Drive showcase residence in Hong Kong, a Xintiandi residence in Shanghai, The Whiteley in London and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.

FAQ: Who is Joyce Wang?

Joyce Wang is the founder and principal. She studied Architecture and Materials Science at MIT and earned her Master's at the Royal College of Art. Hospitality Design named her Designer of the Year in 2020.

FAQ: When was the studio founded?

In 2011. Our first Hong Kong project was AMMO at Asia Society Hong Kong Center, completed in 2012.

FAQ: Which Hong Kong projects have you done?

Recent ones include the 2026 renovation of Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Genso at Sha Tin Racecourse, Club Bâtard, Prince and the Peacock and The Magistracy at Tai Kwun, and CARNA. Earlier work includes Mott 32, ICHU, BELON, Spiga, Haymarket and AMMO.

FAQ: Have you won awards?

Yes. Mott 32 Hong Kong won World Interior of the Year at the INSIDE World Festival of Interiors 2014. Joyce Wang was Hospitality Design's Designer of the Year 2020. Other honours include an Interior Design BOY Award in 2012 and a Perspective 'Best of Residences' award in 2013.

FAQ: Can I buy your furniture?

The Flint Collection of terrazzo furniture and objects (coffee table, bowls, vases) is listed with the stockists Artemest and Artling. It comes in charcoal, with limited-edition vessels in rose and sage. Prices are not published on our site.

FAQ: Do you design custom lighting and furniture?

Yes. Examples include the Blossom Chandelier (with Lasvit), a chandelier for Kyubi (with Cox London), the Glass Rodded Sconce for The Landmark Mandarin Oriental and the Neon Walls at ICHU.
