FAQ: How many sessions does the 【膠原•美白•三源生】 collagen whitening capsule need to see results?

Results are visible immediately after the first session — skin becomes whiter, smoother and firmer. For deeper skin issues in the dermis, more sessions may be required. The recommended course is one session every two weeks, 5–6 sessions, combined with home care for best results.

FAQ: Is there any downtime or recovery period after the collagen whitening capsule?

No. The treatment is non-invasive with zero recovery period. You can apply skincare products, wear makeup, and exercise as normal afterwards. It is recommended to moisturise and apply SPF daily for best results.

FAQ: Can I do the collagen whitening capsule treatment every day?

No, you do not need to do it every day. Once every two weeks is sufficient. Doing it more frequently than recommended does not improve results.

FAQ: Who is NOT suitable for the collagen whitening capsule treatment?

Pregnant women, individuals with sub-dermal metal implants or electronic devices (e.g. pacemakers), and those currently taking Accutane (isotretinoin) are not suitable for this treatment.

No, it is not fully enclosed. The head and feet sides are open, and there are gaps along the sides when the capsule is closed. A therapist also monitors you throughout the session so you can feel completely at ease.

The capsule temperature is approximately 30–35°C. Clients who are heat-sensitive need not worry as the capsule has a built-in air conditioning system to regulate temperature.
