You can apply online or visit the HKRL office. Pay first, and we prepare the documents within a few hours for you to come in and sign. Please make an appointment beforehand.

HK$2,620 including government fees and company stamp.

FAQ: Do you have ready-made (shelf) companies available?

Yes. HKRL has over 1,000 ready-made HK limited companies available for immediate use. BVI shelf companies are also available (ready in 3 days).

FAQ: What offshore jurisdictions do you support?

BVI, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, Samoa, Belize, Marshall Islands, Anguilla, United Kingdom, USA (New York), and USA (Delaware).

FAQ: How much does a BVI company cost?

HK$14,220 for incorporation and first-year annual fee; renewal is HK$10,151.50/yr. Adding a Chinese company name costs an extra HK$1,580. Shelf company (3 days) or new incorporation (7 days).

New incorporation takes 7 days for BVI and 14 days for most other jurisdictions. BVI shelf companies are available in 3 days. No shelf company option for Cayman Islands and most other jurisdictions.

Yes. HKRL offers a one-stop trademark registration service. Once registered, you have exclusive use of the trademark for the relevant goods and services.

FAQ: Do you provide accounting and tax services?

Yes. Services include revenue reports, tax declaration, extension and objection handling, tax planning, personal tax, limited company tax, and unlimited company (sole proprietorship / partnership) tax. Full fee is required before work commences.
