Yes. Global Vision CPA Limited is regulated by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC).

FAQ: Can you handle tax returns for individuals as well as businesses?

Yes. We handle both individual and corporate tax compliance for Hong Kong, US, UK, and China taxation. Our Tax Partner Patrick Li is a qualified taxation specialist for HK and China Tax under the HKICPA.

Our one-year package includes: minutes of first directors' meeting, annual return to the Companies Registry (HK105 filing fee not included), change of registered office documents, director/secretary particulars updates, directors' meeting minutes, AGM minutes, general meeting minutes, and statutory book update. A HK$1,000/year surcharge applies if you store original documents and the green box at our office.

Yes. Deputy Managing Partner Clement Siu is well-versed in Cayman Islands fund operations and assists clients with annual statutory audits to ensure compliance with CIMA regulations.

Yes. We offer full pre-IPO advisory: eligibility assessment, feasibility reports, restructuring, accounting system review, tax planning, VC/PE fund recommendation, intermediary coordination, HKEX due diligence support, and ongoing post-listing advisory. Yes. We offer registered office address services for one year at a time. Fees are payable in advance. We notify you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or WeChat within 2 working days when mail arrives. A premium plan also allows us to open, scan, and email letters to you.

Our head office is at Room 913, 9/F, Chinachem Golden Plaza, 77 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We are approximately 7 minutes walk from MTR Hung Hom station (Exit D) or East Tsim Sha Tsui station (Exit P2).
